Het aanzuigeffect is al lang aangetoond en ook de mechanismen erachter zijn duidelijk, maar politici lijken daarvan moeilijker te overtuigen. Het tragische is dat slechts een klein deel van het aanzuigeffect in de officiële studies over wegcapaciteit wordt meegenomen.
